These terms apply whenever you browse or buy from Celebriti Fashion. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Products and prices

  • All prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
  • We do our best to show products, colours and sizes accurately, but colours can look slightly different on different screens.
  • If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund any payment in full.

Orders

  • Your order is an offer to buy. We'll email you a confirmation once it's received; the contract is formed when we accept and dispatch it.
  • Every item is subject to availability. If something turns out to be out of stock, we'll let you know and refund anything you've paid for it.
  • We may cancel orders that look fraudulent or that we can't deliver.

Payment

  • You can pay online by card or, where offered, with Cash on Delivery.
  • Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
  • For Cash on Delivery, please have the full amount ready when your order arrives. Repeatedly refusing Cash on Delivery orders may mean we stop offering it to you.

Delivery

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by events outside our control. Please check your delivery address carefully — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.

Your account

Please keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account. Reviews you post must be honest and must not be offensive — we may remove any that aren't.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
